BUSADM 3040 - RESEARCH AND THEORY ON DIVERSITY, EQUITY AND INCLUSIONMinimum Credits: 3 Maximum Credits: 3 This seminar focuses on research, theory and applications related to diversity, equity and inclusion (DE&I) within organizations. We will examine DE&I across three levels of analyses - individual, group and organizational. Our primary goal is to better understand the ways in which research and theory has addressed topics, processes and outcomes related to diversity and its impact on key outcomes studied by organizational scholars. To accomplish this, we will review a wide array of research and theory that will provide the necessary lens for you to connect this work to your own fields of study and future research. We will also explore a variety of frameworks, strategies and research tools used to advance our understanding of this dynamic and critically important topic.
