This class explores the amazingly diverse physiological, behavioral, and functional implications of sex in animals, plants, and fungi, placing our human understanding of sex and gender into the context of natural history. Topics draw from evolutionary biology, ecology, botany, comparative anatomy, physiology, zoology, gender studies, and psychology.
