BUSBIS 1535 - DEPLOYING AI IN BUSINESS: STRATEGY, DESIGN, AND EXECUTIONMinimum Credits: 3 Maximum Credits: 3 This course is part of the "Artificial Intelligence (AI) and Business" curriculum at Pitt Business. The course focuses on the strategic planning, design, and deployment of AI systems for businesses. Students will identify business opportunities where AI and generative AI systems can create value, develop strategic roadmaps for integrating AI with business workflows, and learn to assess the potential return on investments from AI projects. The course will dive into the design principles, methodologies, and governance frameworks required to develop and implement effective enterprise AI systems as well as the strategies for stakeholder engagement, performance evaluation, managing change, and fostering a culture of AI-enabled innovation.
