BFIN 2126 - INVESTMENTS ANALYSIS & STRATEGIESMinimum Credits: 3 Maximum Credits: 3 The objective of this course is to provide students with thorough practical and theoretical exposure to the credit segment of securities markets. The course covers the major topics of bond pricing, international markets, term structure of interest rates, duration, convexity and their implications for portfolio management, interest rate models, asset-backed securities, interest rate derivatives and credit risk analysis.
