CSD 2029 - IMPLANTABLES IN CLINICAL PRACTICEMinimum Credits: 1 Maximum Credits: 1 This course will provide students with hands on opportunities to select, fit, map/program, and assess implantable devices in a lab setting. Cases will be used to promote critical thinking related to decisions related to test selection, signal procession selection, feature selection, mapping and programming, counseling, and auditory training. Students will be able to identify appropriate candidates for implantable technology and have a basic understanding of the components of selection, fitting, and delivering these technologies in a patient-centered manner. Academic Career: Graduate Course Component: Lecture Grade Component: Grad Letter Grade Course Requirements: School of Health and Rehabilitation Sciences students only.
