DSANE 5311 - PATIENT MANAGEMENT: ENTERAL SEDATIONMinimum Credits: 1 Maximum Credits: 1 In this course, students will be expected to meet the educational requirements for predoctoral dental students set forth in the October, 2007 the American Dental Associations Guidelines for Teaching Pain Control and Sedation to Dentists and Dental Students. In combination with course material presented in pharmacology, physiology, and clinical medicine, satisfactory completion of this course, along with subsequent clinical exposures, will place the student in compliance with the ADA guidelines for enteral sedation.
