CLRES 2430 - INTRODUCTION TO COMMUNITY BASED PARTICIPATORY RESEARCHMinimum Credits: 1 Maximum Credits: 1 This course is organized around themes central to the conceptualization and implementation of community-based participatory research and practice (CBPRP). The goal of this course is to familiarize students with community-based participatory research and practice. Students will become conversant in seminal community-based participatory research and practice literature. Discussion, interactive learning exercises, and examples of current research will be used to provide an understanding of cbpr and the associated strengths and limitations.
