NUR 1081 - NURSING MANAGEMENT OF ACUTE AND CHRONIC ILLNESS IN ADULTSMinimum Credits: 3 Maximum Credits: 3 This course focuses on the nursing care of adults, including older adults, with acute and/or chronic illnesses. Students will be guided in clinical judgment exercises and the use of therapeutic interventions and research findings in the management of adults with acute and/or chronic illnesses. Nursing process, clinical judgment, and decision-making serve as the framework for acquisition of knowledge for the management of patients.
