NROSCI 0083 - UHC BRAIN AND BEHAVIORMinimum Credits: 4 Maximum Credits: 4 This course examines the function of the mammalian nervous system. Specific topics include sensation, movement, sleep and wakefulness, hunger, thirst, and various neurological and psychiatric disorders. One class meeting per week will discuss some of the original research articles presented in the general lectures. This course has no prerequisites, although BIOSC 0150 or its equivalent is recommended.
