PS 1203 - JUDICIAL POLITICSMinimum Credits: 3 Maximum Credits: 3 The course will focus on judicial policy making and the political, social and economic underpinnings influencing cases and their decisions. Areas of focus will be: right of privacy (sexual orientation and abortion), classification (race and gender), speech (freedom of speech and press and the internet), religion (exercise and establishment), and criminal (investigations, trials and punishment).
