PEDC 0363 - ZUMBAMinimum Credits: 1 Maximum Credits: 1 Zumba is a one of kind combination of dance and exercise, designed to put "Fun" back into fitness. The zumba workout maximizes caloric output, fat burning, and total body toning. The routines feature aerobic interval training with a combination of fast and slow rhythms that tone and sculpt the body. Exotic and explosive Latin rhythms create a party like atmosphere that delivers results, as well as a "Feel happy" workout. No previous experience in dance is needed to have fun with zumba.
