PEDC 0380 - CARDIO PILATESMinimum Credits: 1 Maximum Credits: 1 This class begins with aerobic exercise of various formats including: hi-lo, step and kickboxing to get your heart rate elevated and body moving. It then progresses to a short cool-down period and finishes with pilates mat exercises to sculpt your muscles and stretch your body. This class is great for anyone looking to increase cardiovascular fitness as well as strengthen, stretch and tone the muscles.
