PEDC 0236 - AEROBIC MIXMinimum Credits: 1 Maximum Credits: 1 This is a great class for anyone who loves variety! This course provides a mixture of various types of cardiovascular exercise including, but not limited to, hi-lo floor aerobics, step aerobics and cardio kickboxing. In addition, resistance training, yoga and/or pilates may be incorporated into the exercise sessions. Classes will vary at the instructor's discretion.
