BIOSC 1255 - PHYSIOLOGY LABORATORYMinimum Credits: 1 Maximum Credits: 1 This laboratory course complements BIOSC 1250 human physiology. Students will spend the first half of the semester developing their skills by measuring homeostatic parameters of the human body (blood pressure, blood chemistry, muscle response, etc.). They will then use that knowledge to design and perform experiments modeled after conditions of both eustress (exercise) and distress (disease). In addition to weekly assignments, students will be required to present the results of their research projects.
