AFRCNA 1012 - EARLY 20TH CENTURY BLACK SOCIAL MOVEMENTMinimum Credits: 3 Maximum Credits: 3 This course provides an understanding of the social, political cultural and economic context out of which black social movements developed. The main themes of the course concern migration, class differences, racism, and gender relations. The social movements the course examines includes, the Marcus Garvey movement, father divine, labor organization and the black women's club movement.
