PS 1349 - TRANSATLANTC GOVERNANCE AND POLICYMinimum Credits: 3 Maximum Credits: 3 The economic, political and defense links between North American countries and European countries, and especially the European Union, generate important governance and policy issues. This course examines those issues in light of general theories of governance at the national and international levels. Special attention will be given to on-going trade negotiations and climate change policy.
