RUSS 0110 - RUSSIAN CONVERSATION PRACTICEMinimum Credits: 1 Maximum Credits: 1 This course has an emphasis on communicative proficiency and offers first-year and second-year Russian students diverse opportunities to practice and improve their Russian listening and speaking skills. Students will enrich their vocabulary, practice and act out dialogues, participate in discussions and situations that simulate everyday Russian life, and improve their Russian pronunciation and intonation. A variety of language learning activities in the three modalities--speaking, listening, and reading--will allow students to develop skills in order to communicate meaningfully and effectively in Russian for real-life purposes.
