BIOSC 1340 - FIELD ENTOMOLOGYMinimum Credits: 3 Maximum Credits: 3 This course is offered at the Pymatuning laboratory of ecology field station. An introduction to the amazing taxonomic and ecological diversity of insects and their close relatives in the phylum Arthropoda. Emphasis will be placed on the collection and identification of the adult stages. Field and laboratory exercises will be supplemented with lectures and selected readings.
