SURG 5490 - ORAL-MAXILLOFACIAL SURGERYMinimum Credits: 0 Maximum Credits: 0 Four-week clerkship conducted as a resident in oral-maxillofacial surgery available only to the oral-maxillofacial surgical resident who is a student in the school of medicine. Responsibilities include: admission, evaluation, first surgical assist, primary management of postoperative care, emergency room call for mf trauma, daily rounds with house staff and attending physicians, attendance at all postgraduate teaching rounds and conference held by the department of plastic and oral-maxillofacial surgery.
