COBB 2020 - SYSTEMS BIOLOGY 1Minimum Credits: 3 Maximum Credits: 3 This course introduces students to genomic data and basic analytical principles pertaining them. Students will learn about high-throughput sequencing methods and applications, genomic variation, transcriptomics and epigenomic data. At the end of the course, the students will be able to analyze efficiently these types of data sets using existing algorithms or algorithms they will develop.
