The course provides foundational training in professionalism and non-cognitive development: students will engage in experiential learning, small-group discussions, per mentoring, and journaling. Students will explore a wide range of topics such as burnout prevention, health disparities, and narrative interviewing. Non-cognitive skills will also be developed such as emotional intelligence through journaling. This course is required for the "BMP-Scope" experiential program.
