CDENT 5916 - CONTEMPORARY ISSUES IN DENTAL PUBLIC HEALTHMinimum Credits: 2 Maximum Credits: 2 This course is for students wishing to expand their knowledge of the current issues in dental public health. Students will be given directed reading assignments and will search the literature for information on current and controversial topics in dentistry so that group discussions, debates and presentations may successfully be done in class. Topics covered may include: new oral health care delivery and management models, prevention and primary care systems, and dental health services research.
