BIOST 2061 - LIKELIHOOD THEORY AND APPLICATIONMinimum Credits: 2 Maximum Credits: 2 The purpose of this course is to introduce the student to modern likelihood theory and its applications. The course will cover maximum likelihood theory, profile likelihood theory, pseudo likelihood theory and generalized estimating equations. The course is taught at a doctoral level and much of the theory is illustrated through applications.
