ADMPS 3139 - LEGAL ASPECTS OF HIGHER EDUCATIONMinimum Credits: 3 Maximum Credits: 3 The focus of the course is on federal and state law and higher education in the United States. Although time will be devoted to historical issues pertaining to higher education, most of the time will be devoted to in-depth discussions of contemporary issues. Issues that will be discussed include promotion and tenure, academic freedom, faculty dismissal, sexual harassment, research integrity, campus violence, and student affairs.
