ADMPS 2302 - STATE/NATIONAL POLITICS OF EDUCATIONMinimum Credits: 3 Maximum Credits: 3 Students in this course analyze the broad national and international political issues relating to schooling and school systems. School politics are viewed from a variety of social science perspectives using a number of case studies and theoretical texts. An examination will be made of the dialectical relations between the state and the school in an effort to illuminate social, economic, and cultural reproduction.
