LEGLST 1260 - LAW, LITERATURE, AND CINEMAMinimum Credits: 3 Maximum Credits: 3 This course will introduce the student to literary treatments of basic issues of law and justice. Through an examination of plays, novels, essays, and short stories, the student will be able to see competing conceptions of law, justice, and morality. Legal themes as they appear in literature can then be used to analyze and evaluate selected areas of civil and criminal law.
