BUSHRM 1665 - NEGOTIATING IN BUSINESSMinimum Credits: 3 Maximum Credits: 3 Negotiating permeates human interactions. It affects balance and distribution of resources among nations, organizations, families and individuals. In business, outcomes of negotiations influence bottom-line. Students will understand theory behind successful negotiations; recognize situations that call for negotiation; explore use of alternative negotiating strategies and tactics; and be able to analyze, plan, and carry out a successful negotiation.
