Tissue Engineering and Regenerative Medicine (TERM) Track

The PhD track in Tissue Engineering and Regenerative Medicine (TERM) prepares the students for a career in cutting edge research and development of cell- and biomaterial-based medical products. The TERM track introduces students to the use of cells, materials, biochemical and biomechanical factors in the development of functional substitutes that restore, maintain, or improve tissue or organ function. The students can expect to apply engineering principles to a diverse range of medical fields with the goal of solving critical clinical challenges.
